Fifteen miles south of the Strip, Enterprise is a young city that quickly grew into one of the most populated communities in Nevada. Established in 1996, Enterprise is situated near the Bull Valley Mountains and offers people a quiet, slow-paced lifestyle with its many master-planned communities. “It has a lot of potential and opportunity for development, but still, there are some rural pockets,” says Chelsea Atwell, a Realtor with Realty Executives of Southern Nevada who was born and raised in Las Vegas. “Some homes have larger lots compared to cities closer to downtown Las Vegas.”
