Business 41 is an Evansville neighborhood with a mix of homes, warehouses and businesses along U.S. Route 41. “One of the main selling points of that area is that it is close to everything,” says Aeson Mehrzad, a Realtor with Euphoric Development Partners. The highway intersects with some of Evansville’s main roads. Within minutes, residents can be walking the trails at Garvin Park or eating dinner at a restaurant in Downtown Evansville, about 3 miles away. Residential pockets break up the warehouses and businesses that fill the area. Homes have grassy front lawns that stretch to the street. While the highway can certainly be heard from some homes, just as many have a quiet environment. “In some homes, you can’t hear much of anything because you have so many trees,” Meherzad says.
