With street names like Washington, Adams and Taylor, it's clear where the Presidents neighborhood gets its name. Homes dating back a century are near some of the area's major thoroughfares, which makes it easy to access all the city’s amenities. Even with U.S. Route 41 bordering the neighborhood, most residents enjoy quiet days. Lorraine Park is within walking distance, and downtown Evansville is about 2 miles away, with locally owned restaurants, boutiques and entertainment venues.
