As the name suggests, University South is across the street from the University of Evansville (UE). “Being that it is a private university that is a major collaborative partner in our town, a lot of area residents stay here to go to college,” says Nikki Davis, a Realtor with F.C. Tucker Emge who used to live nearby. Even UE alums or residents who have never attended the school take advantage of its campus, which Davis says is beautiful to walk around.
