The apartment is the front half of a duplex and is located on a 25 acre horse ranch. There is a large bedroom upstairs and a small kitchen downstairs. Downstairs is heated with a wood burning masonry heater so the ability to carry firewood into the apartment and deal with lighting a fire is necessary. Upstairs is heated with a free standing propane heater. Heat is included with rent. Tile floors
