It is located about 35 minutes from LMU and 23 minutes from Tazewell. House is fed with spring water. Students are welcome to share

This is a lovely private home that sits on a farm at the end of a road. The home is not furnished. It does have a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. The home will be rented to one individual. It is non-smoking/vaping and is pet free. Electric, and internet is provided and the water comes from a spring to the house. This house is approximately 17 miles from the LMU main campus.
