One of the city's most popular parks, Myrick Park, and the University of Wisconsin is in Grandview Emerson. "[The neighborhood] offers larger scale historic homes. Some are [on the national register], some are not. There's an interesting blend from craftsman-style to Tudor-[Revivals] to Colonial-[Revivals]," Stacey says. "There are some 1920s bungalows through there as well." Prices range from around $143,000 upwards of $600,000 as square footage increases.
