This time of year, especially, it’s really nice to go in there,” says Christopher Scott, an associate broker at Jack White Real Estate who has sold several homes in the neighborhood. “It’s just really nice to walk through and see the greenery, to get in a tropical place when you’re in the zero degrees in Alaska.”

I like that there is a park nearby. It is a quiet neighborhood, I haven't really experienced anything bad. Lots of kids play around the area as well. They did put up mini round abouts since people like to speed.
