Peaceful townhouse neighborhood with proximity to modern amenities in Aurora

Hidden Creek sits at the junction of two distinct Chicago suburbs. To the north, Aurora has the central Illinois city vibe while being smaller and easier to navigate than the Windy City itself. And south of the neighborhood, there’s Oswego, an easygoing village with a more suburban character. The neighborhood’s 21st century townhomes give it the look of Oswego, but the convenience factor of its location places it firmly in Aurora’s orbit. “You’ve got shopping, the hospital, the parks and outdoor stuff. Everything you’d need or want is all right there,” says Mia Simandl, a broker and partner with Platinum Partners Realtors. Simandl has sold in Aurora and the Fox Valley for more than a decade.
