Today a diverse and friendly community, the residences of Hoes Heights vary from single-family homes and duplexes to row houses and townhomes. You’ll find examples of original 19th-century Victorian stick-style homes, traditional Baltimore row houses complete with redbrick facades and roofed front porches and newly constructed modern townhomes. Prices range between $165,000 and $670,000, with rowhouses occupying both end of the spectrum. Detached single-family homes cluster in the middle of the range, from about $265,000 to $410,000.
