Despite its small size, Bayside throws a number of celebrations every year, creating a sense of neighborliness. “There’s more to Bayside than the sleepy town people perceive it as,” says local Realtor Kyle Davis of Compass Real Estate. “We have an impactful, family-centric community that everyone wants to be a part of.”

Events such as recycling days and leaf collection days focus on neighborhood beautification, while the annual Fall Fest and Fourth of July Parade bring the community together with activities for all ages.

Major roads connect residents to Milwaukee and beyond

Interstate 43 runs through Bayside, providing a major north-south route that leads to downtown Milwaukee in about 10 miles. Brown Deer Road and North Lake Drive, part of state Highway 32, are other significant local roads.
