Another location with popular shopping and dining is the Washington Square shopping mall. Other dining options can be found just north of Cascade Plaza, including Panda Express, Dutch Bros Coffee and Einstein Bros. “Scholl’s Ferry Road goes into Progress Ridge, which is a new entertainment area,” says Clem.
