Within the neighborhood, there’s a small playground and basketball court on Hollyhills Drive Northeast, which offers the chance for families to relax and play closer to home.
The neighborhood is also just over a mile from Woodinville's Town Center. There's a huge shopping district, big box stores, a movie theater and locally loved restaurants. Folks can find the area's beloved wineries just south of the Town Center, where JM Cellars hosts woodsy wine tastings. Downtown Bothell is about 3 miles away with boutiques, restaurants, breweries and more. The University of Washington-Bothell is also nearby, making this a convenient location for faculty and staff.
