In the summer months, residents spend their days at Law Memorial Park, cooling off in an Olympic-size swimming pool, practicing their tennis serves, listening to live music and watching movies.
The neighborhood school, Todd Elementary, falls within the Briarcliff Manor Union Free School District and ranks far above the state average in testing and academic progress.
