Palisade Park offers peaceful suburban living in Broomfield

Palisade Park is a suburban Broomfield community tucked between Interstate 25 and Colorado state Highway 7. Largely developed in the second decade of the 21st century, the small enclave has contemporary houses with great curb appeal, and commerce is along East Baseline Road. “Palisade Park is one of Broomfield’s newest areas and is an extension of Broomfield,” says Claire Gilmore, a Realtor at MB KELL & COMPANY with over 20 years of experience. “Like most areas that are in city limits, it takes a bit of time for them to grow and get incorporated into the community. The community is zoned for Erie’s school district, and it appeals to those who regularly commute to the airport or downtown areas for work.” The community has a CAP Index score of 1 out of 10, which is lower than the national average of 4.
