Proximity to the city center draws people to East Fairmount
East Fairmount is a residential suburb about 4 miles outside of downtown Canton. “Homebuyers come to this area for its relative affordability and because it’s close to major highways,” says Karen Pinion, a local Realtor with Hackenberg Realty Group. East Fairmount tends to attract those looking for a quiet atmosphere. Large parks make it easy to get outside, and the short distance to downtown Canton allows locals to utilize the urban attractions while experiencing the peace of suburban living.
