Gervasi Vineyards
According to Plain Township trustee Scott Haws, Gervasi Vineyards, which used to be “a muck and tree farm,” is now “a beautiful, beautiful place." Andrea Hartman, a vineyards staffer who lives in downtown Canton, said the 55-acre property has "three distinct dining options: The Crush House, a wine bar and restaurant; The Still House, a coffee shop by day and lounge with live music by night; and The Bistro, an upscale Italian eatery." Overnight stays at the resort and spa are popular, though daily visits are also popular with locals for dinner, a wine-tasting session or just a glass of the one of the vineyard's more than 20 varietals.
