Somewhere between historic homes and a bustling downtown
Oak Place is a quiet, walkable neighborhood just north of Canton’s busy downtown. Filled with turn-of-the-century American Foursquare homes and mid-century Tudors, the community has a quaint and historic feel. Residents enjoy access to sprawling parks with creek-side views, attractions such as the Pro Football Hall of Fame and local watering holes a walk or a short drive away.
Mid-century homes under the cover of oak trees
American Foursquares, Tudor-style homes and colonials dominate the residential area. Like in the neighboring community of Historic Ridgewood, most homes are older, dating from the early 1900s to the 1950s. Thick swaths of oak trees cover the neighborhood, while narrow sidewalks line the streets. Prices range from $90,000 to $200,000.
