Cheyenne offers suburban homes and parks in North Las Vegas
Cheyenne offers recently built suburban homes, public parks and easy access to city amenities in the heart of North Las Vegas. Its new construction, quiet streets and mountain views have made it a popular spot for people who want proximity to Las Vegas without the hustle and bustle of a big city. “It’s also more affordable than Henderson and most of Las Vegas,” says Amanda Bolton, Realtor and Broker for LPT Realty, a Las Vegas resident for over 31 years and selling in the region for over 10 years. “You can still get a great deal.” Numerous shopping and dining destinations are available to residents on Craig Road, including a variety of grocery and big-box stores. The neighborhood is adjacent to the North Las Vegas Airport and just west of a large industrial zone along Interstate 5. Premier nightlife, entertainment and casinos are about 6 miles south in Downtown Las Vegas.
