Cheyenne offers suburban homes and parks in North Las Vegas

Cheyenne offers recently built suburban homes, public parks and easy access to city amenities in the heart of North Las Vegas. Its new construction, quiet streets and mountain views have made it a popular spot for people who want proximity to Las Vegas without the hustle and bustle of a big city. “It’s also more affordable than Henderson and most of Las Vegas,” says Amanda Bolton, Realtor and Broker for LPT Realty, a Las Vegas resident for over 31 years and selling in the region for over 10 years. “You can still get a great deal.”
Numerous shopping and dining destinations are available to residents on Craig Road, including a variety of grocery and big-box stores. The neighborhood is adjacent to the North Las Vegas Airport and just west of a large industrial zone along Interstate 5. Premier nightlife, entertainment and casinos are about 6 miles south in Downtown Las Vegas.

Mediterranean-style homes built in the 1990s and 2000s

Cheyenne offers a wide mix of housing options. Spacious Mediterranean Revival homes are the most common home style in this area, characterized by their stucco walls and red-tiled rooftops. Most of these homes were built after 1990, and new construction is ongoing in some parts of the neighborhood. The streets are lined with sidewalks, manicured front yards and attached two-car garages. Residents will find the area walkable within their communities, but a vehicle is likely required for trips to local shops and restaurants. Prices for a single-family home typically range from $350,000 to $500,000, while townhomes range from $300,000 to $400,000.
