A 20th-century housing scene and lower home prices

Bungalows, bi-levels and ranch-style homes line the streets of Rose Hill, and most were built throughout the 1980s and1990s. Sidewalks connect the area’s streets and homes sit close together on small 5,000 to 8,000-square-foot lots with fenced-in back yards and paved driveways. The area has lower home prices compared to surrounding Denver-area communities, with houses ranging from $245,000 to $630,000. Price tags increase alongside square footage and modern upgrades.
