You’ll mostly find ranch-style homes, manufactured homes and farmhouses dotting the countryside in Cordesville, but there are also brand-new transitional designs nearby in the Huger area. Lots are usually at least a quarter of an acre, but it’s common for properties to stretch well beyond that. “Cordesville is out there. It’s been the country for a long time and is still the country. There’s room to roam,” says Theresa Stanton, a Realtor with AgentOwned Realty.
