"Corvallis is really a lovely little college town," says Stephanie Spann, a Corvallis native and Real Estate Broker at Cadwell Realty Group-Corvallis. "Between all these subdivisions, cul-de-sacs and streets is mandatory green space, which keeps it suburban and gives it more of a forested woodsy feel. People always use the parks and trails, and the whole city has bike lanes."
