Northpointe offers the best of both Tomball and The Woodlands

Neighboring the vast farmland on the outskirts of Houston is Northpointe — a large residential community with subdivisions clad with ponds and neighborhood parks. Sitting 30 miles northwest of downtown, Northpointe has become a popular destination for those wanting proximity to nearby attractions without the accompanying hustle and bustle of the big city. "People like Northpointe because it's sandwiched in between Tomball and The Woodlands, so the location of it is kind of cool," says local Realtor Natasha Tessier of eXp Realty, who was born and raised in the area and runs a YouTube channel about Houston real estate called "Living In Houston Texas." "The Woodlands has restaurants, it has your Nordstrom, your Lululemon. You don't have any of that in Tomball, so Northpointe kind of sits in between the two, which is nice."
