Instead, it’s a mix, says Lewis, who has been in real estate for almost 40 years. Houses are a blend of single- and multistory layouts, with new traditional Mediterranean and craftsman styling. Many in the community are within walking distance of the neighborhood’s titular asset: Shenandoah Park. This 17-acre spot is a draw in part for its splash pad, but it also offers everything from a basketball court to a baseball and softball diamond. This community is mostly residential, but it does come with close access to the Shenandoah Square shopping center, which features Publix, Walgreens and Dollar Tree.
