Mature palm trees and spacious parking lots are found in front of each, making carrying groceries inside convenient. Balconies provide residents with views of dazzling lakes and green spaces, which are equally prioritized, thanks to the presence of a homeowners association, which also supports the neighborhood’s seemingly endless amenities. Prices for these condos vary greatly and range from $85,000 for units that need work to $340,000 for larger, more recently renovated units. It’s also worth noting that there are Spanish Revival ranch-style homes on the eastern side that rarely go on the market but range from $400,000 to $600,000 when they do.
