High Point is only 5 miles from one of the best beaches in Florida, and it has become a haven for professionals, families and seniors alike,” says Kathy Casaine, a Realtor with Block Realty. Central Delray Beach is a 3-mile drive from the area, while Boynton Beach is about 5 miles northwest of the area. The nearest hospital, Delray Medical Center, is about 4 miles away to the south.
