Pecan Grove has competitive home prices and top-rated charter schools
Southeast El Paso’s Pecan Grove is a residential community where homes have lower price points than in other parts of the city. It sits alongside the large Blackie Chesher Park and has some highly rated public and charter schools, attracting families to the neighborhood. “Pecan Grove is south of I-10, with smaller starter homes and some magnet schools in the area,” says Realtor Yvonne Russell with Realty ONE Group Mendez Burk. “The population’s pretty small, and the largest attraction in the area is a huge park called Blackie Chesher, which is frequently used for soccer. The high school there is known for soccer, and teams use that park a lot for that.”
Pecan Grove offers a quite way of life with access to many amenities.
