Commerce and opportunity are abundant in Brookridge
Brookridge is a largely commercialized area, where two main roads intersect with small businesses and fast-food chains, a little over 2 miles northeast of Littleton and 2 miles south of Englewood. Apartments and condos make up most of the area’s housing, and Big Dry Creek flows directly south of the area. “Brookridge offers single-level living, walkability and a laid-back vibe that’s hard to beat,” says Michael “Roscoe” Drabousky, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, who has over 30 years of experience. “It’s a great location. You’re close to everything – without traffic or noise.”
Brookridge is a mainly commercial community, but the area is still home to a varied housing stock.

Brookridge has everything from nail salons and barber shops to storage centers and a dentist. Sprouts Farmers Market is the area’s grocery store. There are also car dealerships and auto parts stores lined along each road. Black-eyed Pea is a regional chain restaurant specializing in southern-inspired cuisine, and Alvarado’s Mexican Fast Food serves authentic dishes. “South Broadway has a laid-back, eclectic food scene with something for everyone. You’ll find coffee shops, breweries and mom-and-pop eateries that make the area feel authentic and community-focused,” Drabousky says. Fast-food eateries in the area include Five Guys, Qdoba and Jersey Mike's.
For more options, the intersection of Broadway and Littleton Boulevard is less than a mile south with King Soopers. Several Mexican restaurants and food trucks are found more west on Littleton Boulevard. Cherry Cricket is a hamburger restaurant and Yummy Station serves Asian fusion.
