“Green-certified” Lithia suburb

FishHawk Ranch is one of the most desired neighborhoods in Tampa, highlighted by resort-style amenities, highly-ranked schools and a natural landscape. "It's kind of its own little city, but the trifecta of A-rated schools is the biggest draw here," says Jeff Gould, a broker at Jeffrey Gould Real Estate and resident since 2005. "That's hard to find in the Tampa Bay area, and then it's the community's beauty that keeps them here." FishHawk Ranch is the area's first "green-certified" community, appreciated for its green spaces, natural landscape, ponds and conservation areas.
