The neighborhood offers both simple and sprawling home styles
North Pointe Woods offers several architectural styles, ranging from simple ranch-style homes to sweeping contemporary New Traditional properties and custom builds. "There are fairly large estates here," says Justin Walborn, a Realtor of over a decade with Mike Thomas Associates, Inc. "Houses are set on heavily wooded lots, where backyards kind of fall off into forests." According to Walborn, the connection to country living is one of the top reasons new homeowners look towards North Woods Pointe over similar neighborhoods in Northeast Fort Wayne's outlying suburbs. Because of the wide range of styles, you'll also find a wider price range. Homes in the neighborhood sell anywhere between the low $200,000s to the low $500,000s.
