As for styles, single-family houses often come in Colonial Revivals and New Traditionals with brick or vinyl exteriors. There are also Colonial townhomes with a variety of colors in both brick and vinyl siding, some of which have balcony space. Sales prices can range from $405,000 for smaller vinyl townhomes to $940,000 for larger New Traditional single-family homes.

The Spring Ridge Pool has both a main pool and a baby pool, as well as a splash pad.

I always see police driving around, both in my neighborhood and outside of it. I have never experienced a need for police because I have never seen or been involved in any crime. When I hear about crime, I always hear that the perpetrators have been caught. Crime does happen but not that often and rarely ever that close to my neighborhood.
