Homes in both communities are mostly Spanish-Colonial Revival mansions with arched entryways and red clay tile roofs and Mediterranean-style estates with stucco facades. Of the two non-age-restricted communities here, the Palladium is more affordable, with homes ranging from $500,000 to $640,000. In the Pine Tree Country Club Estates, on the other hand, homes boast premium price tags because of their size and scenic location. Options start around $970,000 and can quickly surpass $2.75 million. The other five communities are age-restricted, each with a unique look. The Limetree Condominium community is known for its white stone villas, while the Pine Tree Village mostly has ranch-style homes.
