Reno projects near UNC and downtown Greeley

Cradled between the University of North Colorado’s academic buildings and sports facilities, Arlington Heights is just steps from one of Greeley’s largest employers. “One of the most appealing things about this area is its proximity to downtown Greeley,” says Brian Franzen, a local Realtor with eXp Realty. “We’re also seeing an increase in rehab projects on the early 20th-century homes surrounding the university, which has brought in more buyers.” It's common for investors to flip homes to be duplexes and rental properties, as the area is popular among UNC Students. Most students living in Arlington Heights walk or bike to class, as campus is just a few blocks away.

Prices range from $290,000 to $500,000 for single-family homes, while investor properties with multiple units range from $550,000 to $900,000.

Sports facilities and walking paths near Arlington Heights

The UNC Jackson Field Sports Complex borders Arlington Heights to the east and has soccer fields and a baseball diamond. Glenmere Park has paved paths winding through its green spaces, along with picnic areas and a playground. “Proximity to Glenmere is a big plus,” Franzen says. “It has a real natural feel that makes you feel like you’re not so close to downtown or a big college community.” Driving 3 miles north will take residents to the Poudre River Trail. This paved pathway spans over 20 miles from Greeley to Windsor along its namesake waterway and is popular among walkers, runners and bikers alike.
