Located 4 miles southwest of downtown Greeley, the neighborhood lies just north of Highway 34. “Belair Park is full of well-built 1950s ranch-style homes,” says Sondra Huddleston, a local Realtor with Sears Real Estate. “It’s pretty quiet throughout most of the neighborhood, because there are only two entrances and hardly any through traffic.”

Mid-century ranch-style homes
The neighborhood’s brick ranch-style homes were built in the mid-1900s and are on spacious half-acre lots. Properties are dotted with mature maples, oaks and evergreens and most houses have backyard privacy fences and attached garages. “One of the big reasons people are drawn to the neighborhood is that you get more space inside and on the lot itself,” says Huddleson. “Plus, there’s no HOA, so you don’t have to pay an annual fee.” Prices range from $370,000 to $610,000. The neighborhood’s winding lanes are bordered by well-maintained sidewalks that can take walkers to Meeker Elementary, Greeley West High School and Sanborn Park in less than a mile.
