Spacious living still close to downtown Green Bay in Starlite
On the outskirts of Green Bay, Starlite is a quiet suburb on the southeastern side of the city. Out east, residents are separated from the excitement and action of downtown Green Bay for a slower pace of life. “If you’re downtown, you’re more in the city, but if you’re on the eastern side, you might have a more private yard and your own space,” says real estate agent Elizabeth Helfenberger with Ben Bartolazzi. Even though Starlite might feel farther from the action with the East River putting distance between it and Green Bay’s other suburbs, Starlite residents can still connect with their neighbors. Starlite also has a very active homeowners association, with a Facebook page dedicated to highlighting fundraisers for the schools and community news.
Residents of Starlite enjoy views of the East River from the comfort of their homes.
