Henry Boulevard and home prices, with a median single-family home price that's much lower than the single-family median for all of Greensboro.

Ranch-style homes that rarely hit the market
Compact ranch-style homes on small lots are typical in Bryson Ridge. Despite their midcentury-inspired layouts, most houses were built in the 1990s and 2000s, as evidenced by the abundance of vinyl siding, as opposed to the brick exteriors common in 1950s ranch-style homes. Properties usually sell from the upper $100,000s to the upper $200,000s. People who settle in Bryson Ridge don't often leave, says John Newman, a Realtor with Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate. "I actually sold homes to many people in the '90s who are still there today. So that's to say that it's rare for a house to go on the market, but when it does, it sells quickly."
Gardens, hedges and more give personality to the small yards in Bryson Ridge.
