Throughout the rest of the event, attendees can find live Blacksmith demonstrations, family-friendly activities and a spectacular firework show. During the holiday season, children can go trick-or-treating at the annual Halloween Parade or visit Santa and Mrs. Claus at the annual Christmas Light Parade on Main Street.
Historic homes surround Main Street

Narrow sidewalks connect to paved driveways that lead to detached garages hidden behind two-story houses. Spacious Greek Revivals and Victorian homes built in 1880 are tightly packed along the red brick road on Historic Eagle Street. In Greenville’s rural subdivisions, ranch-style homes from the 1970s feature attached garages and spacious yards surrounded by tall trees. While most Historic homes around Main Street list between $60,000 and $150,000, the more private ranch-style houses sell closer to $250,000.
