Greenville’s Eastside, chock-full of established neighborhoods with mature trees, is one of the city’s most appealing areas for buyers due to its community feel, prime location and highly regarded schools. Everything from New Traditional and charming brick ranch-style homes to colonials and Greek Revivals with stately columns can be found here. Prices range from $250,000 to $1.2 million, with Maggie Toler, a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services, noting that many homes typically fall between $500,000 to $750,000. "Homes there hold value, and the area should continue to appreciate because it’s only continued to improve over the years," she says.
Eastside has every type of home and business all less than 15 minutes from downtown.
Colonials, split levels, and ranches are very popular in the Eastside Neighborhood.

Between two playgrounds designed for different age groups is a paved walking trail. The mostly shaded path features some fun activities along the way, including hopscotch. The 10-acre park also provides lighted tennis courts and baseball fields.
