Aliana is a master-planned neighborhood brimming with amenities

Sitting in the heart of Fort Bend County, the master-planned Aliana neighborhood encapsulates much of what homebuyers look for in a suburban enclave. Containing a premier shopping destination and served by outstanding schools, it's no mystery why Aliana has established itself as one of the more desirable landing spots in Richmond, Texas. A 25-mile drive to downtown Houston, Aliana isn't exactly close to the action of the city, but with several neighborhood parks and a golf course nearby, there's no shortage of recreation and a sense of belonging. "Aliana is a community that takes a lot of pride in everything that it does," says local Realtor Kishana Strawn of Keller Williams Memorial, who has nearly two decades of experience in real estate. "From the upkeep of the homes to the gorgeous yards to community involvement, I don't think I've ever seen any other neighborhood quite like it."
