Hyde Park

Most townhouses and condos range in price from $150,000 to $250,000. Homes built after the millennium range in from $250,000 to $300,000. Older homes have a wider range, starting at $150,000 and reaching upwards of $425,000 for some residences over 2,000 square feet."The area has a lot of recent development, and local organizations have worked together to build a tiny house community," says Janel Williams, a local Realtor with Watson Realty Corp. Considered the city's first official tiny house rental community, Tiny Houses on Navaho was designed by the local Habitat for Humanity chapter and managed by the nonprofit Ability Housing.
