The neighborhood is located between two state roads and features a winding street pattern with plenty of cul-de-sacs and pedestrian pathways. Most homes were built during the 1990s and feature two to three stories with big front yards. Cape Cod and farmhouse-style houses on the south end cost between $600,000 and $800,000, while traditional houses with brick and stucco exteriors to the north cost between $800,000 and $1 million.
