Riverside on Loxahatchee—often simply called “Riverside”—is a coastal Palm Beach County community where multimillion-dollar mansions share roads with modest single-story homes. “It's more of just a general area surrounding Riverside Drive than a neighborhood," says local broker Mark Eble of Water Pointe Realty Group. "We don't really call this particular strip of homes anything other than the waterfront homes between Jupiter and Tequesta. The larger estates are often owned by golf superstars.” Riverside hugs the Loxahatchee River, where manatees glide beneath turquoise waters and wood storks wade along banks, all framed by the red Jupiter Lighthouse visible to the east.
