Ingleside is a southeast Kansas City neighborhood that’s popular with investors and homebuyers looking for a convenient location. Most of the homes here were built throughout the early 1900s and may need some renovations, but they tend to cost well below the citywide median. Along with these lower prices, you’re close to plenty of things to do, whether that’s working out at the Linwood YMCA/James B. Nutter, Sr. Community Center or shopping at the Country Club Plaza. Interstate 70 and U.S. Route 71 are also nearby, making it easier to get to downtown Kansas City and other parts of the metro.
