Seasons Four is a residential suburb with a convenient location near a major south-side corridor. When it sprang up in the early 2000s, this neighborhood was in a relatively sparse area that was ripe for new businesses. Today that vision has been realized as a bustling shopping and dining scene has blossomed on Veterans Memorial Parkway along with the booming south-side population. The parkway is also a gateway to Purdue University in West Lafayette and other major employers located nearby on the south side. "It's still in the price point of first-time homebuyers, so it's affordable and located in an area that's convenient to shopping and work," says Cheryl Butcher, Managing Broker at Keller Williams Realty.
