Friday Moonlight Market at The Hub is a recurring event every second and fourth Friday. Here, shoppers can find handmade gifts, artisanal foods and creative artwork. Twisted Sprocket Café is a part of the Bexley Clubhouse; the dining spot, open to the public, offers a menu of sandwiches, breakfast items, wines and cocktails. The Hub at Bexley opened in 2022 as a bright commercial district. The space contains shops, business providers and restaurants centered around an open outdoor area. Traveling on the Suncoast Parkway and State Road 54

The neighborhood contains an AdventHealth Central Pasco emergency room and medical center. To the west is the Suncoast Parkway, also known as Veterans Expressway; the toll road reaches north to south throughout the region. State Road 54, which leads to Interstates 75 and 275 in 11 miles, can experience traffic during rush hours. The county is currently working on a project to connect the Rangeland Boulevard Extension and the Bud Bexley Parkway Extension to reduce congestion on the state road.
