Rural community 15 miles from Little Rock

A mostly rural community north of Little Rock, Morgan is ideal for those who want to live away from the city. However, the city is only 15 miles away. “It is an area off the beaten path so it is not uncommon to find a house with land that is an acre or more," says Scott Nauman, Realtor with Michele Phillips & Company who has worked in the area for 10 years. "It is an older established community that tends to be overlooked at times.” The community is mostly surrounded by mature trees, with narrow streets that weave through the community. Lake Conway is nearby Morgan, giving residents easy access to fishing. There is also the Big Rock Quarry Park, which gives locals a scenic view of the Arkansas River.
