14 streets of New Traditional homes
The neighborhood consists of fourteen streets lined with New Traditional homes. “It’s a mature neighborhood,” says Sara Hudler, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors. “It’s a great starter home area that’s really close and affordable.” Prices can range between about $230,000 and $370,000. A few of the properties have attached two-car garages from the main street, but since the main roads all have parallel alleys, most homes have access to garages through these alleys. The roads have paved sidewalks. Some of the properties have smaller trees in their front yard.
