Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes has residences constructed by Taylor Morrison Homes, while Azure at Hacienda Lakes has residences by Toll Brothers. Attached units cost around $440,000 to $660,000. Depending on the square footage and build date, houses can start at around $540,000 and reach over $1.25 million.

Tamarindo is a new gated subdivision with about 250 homes built by the developer D.R. Horton Homes. The first property was completed in 2022, and construction is ongoing. Residences in Tamarindo cost between $560,000 and $750,000, depending on the upgrades. There are also a handful of homes on spacious lots outside the gated subdivisions, but these homes don't enter the market often.
