Brooker says prices for homes in Imperial Golf Estates vary between $600,000 and $1.3 million. Condos closer to the entrance on U.S. 41 are between $300,000 and $450,000. The neighborhood has ranch-style homes, New Traditionals and Mediterranean revivals. The area is HOA-controlled, with residents paying over $600 per quarter. Brooker says Imperial Golf Estates attracts both families and retirees.

Imperial Golf Club and parks in Collier County

The golf club does have a restaurant, available only to members. Other dining locations are along U.S. 41 and include chains and local spots.
