Riverstone welcomes residents of all ages, but the community is made up solely of single-family homes and many are on the larger side, with families in mind. "Most homes have three-car garages with four, five or six bedrooms," Manring says. Mediterranean- and Spanish-style houses, with tiled roofs and stucco exteriors, line the streets, framed by sidewalks and towering palms. Many homes have views of the dozen lakes scattered throughout. Private swimming pools and screened-in lanais are common backyard features. "There's a newer, modern feel about the neighborhood, and people often get drawn into the outdoor areas like built-out patios," Manring says. The houses were built in the mid-2010s, and prices range between $800,000 and $2 million, depending on size.
